1. What are International Premium Rate Numbers?

International premium rate numbers (IPRN) refers to internationally available telephone-based premium services. It is analogous to "900" or "976" numbers in North America, which always charge in excess of regular call charges.

2. Who can use IPRN?

International premium rate numbers can be used from Companies and Individuals. Many countries in the world mostly in Asia, the Middle East and Africa do not have domestic premium rate numbers and solutions that are useful for this type of activities. That is where international premium rate numbers are used. The way that they work is broadly the same. The end users calling the premium numbers are charged and Telepremium pay you commission.

3. How can I get IPRN?

You can get your IPRN from Telepremium. All you need is to have a Telepremium account. From the menu in your account you can request IPRN trough our automatic system for number assignment.

4. What is Content Provider?

Having premium rate numbers makes you a Content Provider. Content Provider is providing voice and data services to the customers calling his premium numbers. Content Providers mostly use IPRN for voting, live chats, call TV, quiz shows, horoscopes, adult chat, sex conversations, calls, internet access and much more. Content Providers could be TV stations, internet web portals, mobile content suppliers, or indeed any company which requires an alternative method of charging its customers by phone, is a potential partner of Telepremium. International Premium Rate Numbers are based on a Pay per Minute system, where the content provider can decide the amount to charge the customer.

5. How can I start to use the service?

It is very easy. You just need to register. Then request the numbers you want from your account. You will receive your numbers very fast. Usually completed within 1-2 hours. In the majority of cases we have numbers ready and waiting in stock. Just contact us at contact@telepremium.com and our team will contact you back. You can find our support team on skype too.

6. How do I get paid and what is the billing method?

Telepremium transfers the funds to its clients by Bank Wire transfer. You need to provide your bank account by filling the payment request form your account. Billing method is per second , which means that you will be paid for every second delivered to the premium numbers.

7. When do I get paid?

The payment schedule depends from the premium rate numbers and their terms that you choose. The billing periods are daily, weekly or monthly. You will be paid after the billing period. You can track your payment schedule from the PAYMENTS menu in your account.

8. The status of my payment is pending. What does this means?

Pending status of your payment means that your payment is waiting to be arrange for sending fom our billing department.

9. How much time after the payment request I should receive my payment?

After the status of your PAYMENT become PAID, you should receive your payment in your bank account.

11. What is the minimum amount before transfering the payouts?

Minimum amount for bank wire transfer is 200 EUR and 200 USD.

12. Do all numbers work in all countries?

No, different Premium Rate Numbers offer different access from different countries. The best way to find out is to call the test numbers. To do that Log in with user:test and pass: test into test panel of this website. We provide updated access lists for most of our terminations. Contact us and we will assist you to find the best working solution for your business model.

13. What will happen if I can't reach the minimum limit?

There is no problem. Telepremium will add your amount to your next payment term so for example if you work on daily basis and you make $100 the first day they will be added to the amount of your next day traffic or until you reach $200. After that your payment will be made. 

14. I can't get a premium number?

Sometimes there is no free numbers for specific range of premium numbers. If that happens when you request some number, you should try later or contact our team to assist you. We can find and prepare the numbers, so you can start your traffic without waiting.

15. How many destinations can I call simultaneously?

You can call as much as possible destinations you want. There is no limit.

16. Can I send traffic from one caller id ?

Yes you can call from one number simultaneously many international premium rate numbers.

17. Can I send traffic from multiple numbers?

Yes you can send traffic from multiple numbers to multiple premium rate numbers and destinations.

18. What must be the avarage duration of my calls?

We have automatic system which take care of the avg duration of your calls.The minimum duration is good to be at least 1 miniute or more. You don't have to worry about maximum duration of your calls.

19. Can I see my live calls of my traffic ?

Yes you can see live calls statistics.When you enter to your account from www.telepremium.net go to the ACTIVE CALLS from the menu and you will see your live calls statistics.

20. How can I find which destination work from my country and operator?

One way to do this is to call the test numbers.When you hear our voice message or see your call in ACTIVE CALLS this means that you are successfuly connected. The other way to check which destinations have access from your country and operator is from the ACCESS page in your account

21. Can I have live chat with Telepremium team?
